Govt. of Mah made amendment in this law 1) Increase rent by 4% which was fixed in1947.
2} Alternate accommodations is not necessary to get possession to owner.
Now Adas all rates are increase, PMC taxes are increase but old rents is still their because of this law. this injusties to old property owners . thats why property owner file sute against Govt. of MAH. in Supriem Court of India no , 501/2006 . And One Chif Justies told that they want nine to ten jauges bench for this suite. Thats why I send letter to suprem court .

Honourable Sir,
The above mentioned appeal is pending in the Supreme Court for the last many years. The reason for this is that the panel of 9 to 10 judges is yet to be formed. Is there any chance of such a panel being formed in near future?
When will this appeal be decided? All the concerned citizens are being kept in darkness about these questions. Who is responsible for the loss of the property owners? Most of the members of the association have become old. Some of them have even passed away. Others are suffering mental as well as economic hardships. The old rents are so less and the rate of inflation is so high that it is very difficult to maintain the properties and to pay the heavy taxes.[ Pune Munciple Corp. taxes are increased 600%]
If the Supreme Court is also unable to do justice with the property owners, whom should they look at for justice? ‘JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.’ Is the Supreme Court denying justice to the common people? If not, what is this delay for? How many more years are required for the formation of Constitutional bench or panel for this purpose?
Will Your Majesty be pleased to take proper steps and do justice with the property owners?
Government takes advantage of inflation in real-estate market. An example is given here, Govt. fixes index from time to time for determining the valuation is taken into account for levying and recovering stamp duty on sale and purchase transactions. The valuation in the seal document is not taken account. It will be appreciated that Govt. for increasing its revenue exploits the rising real estate market. The poor and helpless property owners are thrown to winds. For more than half century they are mute spectator and totally neglected class. . It is hereby requested that the appeal be decided as early as possible.
